The world of The Path to Take is destroyed, only remnants of the old glory remain. A stringent and authoritarian god now rules, angered by the impetuous actions of his children, the banished gods Weshtrel, Lena, and Yonnel. Now, the world is nothing as it once was, and it is even more a world of decay and war.

When the magic of the demigods was broken during this most recent great war, that magic diluted into the dying world around the ruins of the once great city of Kashunh, and now all equines born during this time have strange magical powers like never before. What is this mystery? How can it be solved?
